heeeeellllllllooooo blog! it has been a while...

okay so first of all i don't have anything interesting to talk about. just normal bloggy stuff like MY LIFE!

still LOVE my job. i don't hate coming to work like i used to. it is fun, interesting, and best of all i have made great friends! LOVE IT

we are going to disneyland! this isn't your normal disney vacation. this is an all out disneyland extravaganza! we are staying at the paradise pier disney hotel, 4 days in the park, character dining, midevil times, early entry, flying CONFIRMED! (buying our tickets), early entry to toontown for a private show, preferred seating at all the shows in dinsey... the whole 9! i can't wait. we deserve this. corbin deserves this. he needs a trip that is all about him. i am so excited and feel so lucky that we have the means to pull off an amazing trip!

i have been trying to go to the gym, be a healthier person, you know the drill... it feels great to be going to the gym and doing something that is just for me! i know it won't be overnight but i know what i want and i WILL get there! as long as i keep doing what i am doing i am confident that i will get where i want to be.

this is currently the most exciting thing... apart from disney of course...
i have found somewhere deep inside of who i am, this crazy person who is completely obsessed with wanting to CRAFT. i know. its crazy. i am NOT what you would call a homemaker/housewife. i work full time, i don't cook, i don't "make things". but now... i want to make decorations, and figure out what the hell mod podge is, go di shopping for stuff i can spray paint fun colors, make jewelry holders and christmas tree chocolate strawberries... i know it is NOT me! i want to do it so bad tho i can't stand it. i see myself di shopping and headingto hobby lobby. i am really excited to let this crazy crafter loose and start trying new things. i used to be quite the little craft when i was a teenager but then i started working and having a family and a life and haven't done anything since. most of this craziness happened when i discovered pinterest.com and vintagerevivals.blogspot.com. coolest ideas ever! and super easy. i really can't wait til we decide on a color scheme for the house and get back from disneyland so we can have our new carpet installed and start PAINTING! yay! so excited. i want to have a cute house. i want to have lots of crafty stuff everywhere. i want to love every single room i walk into. i am starting small and on wednesday me and my bestie danielle are going to go buy stuff to make a disneyland savings vacation jar! i know it is completely unnecessary and a little silly but i want to do it so i am going to. plus i think seeing it sitting on the counter reminding me everyday that i am not shopping or spending cash freely for a reason will help :).
